Raphael Lopoukhine is a climate communications advisor and digital engagement specialist. He is a former Senior Communications and Policy Advisor to the Ontario Minister of the Environment and Climate Change.
His career is split between reporting on and communicating about climate change and energy issues and helping governments, non-profits and small businesses improve their communications, digital identities and services. He’s been published in the Ottawa Citizen, Vancouver Sun, CBC, Vancouver Observer, Tyee, Narwhal and the Toronto Star.
He holds a Master of Journalism from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts with honours from Queen’s University.
